No deposit. No contract to be tied into.
You are not asked for a deposit, and you are not locked into a term. Stay a month or stay three years — the rate is the same either way. The discounts below are optional, and each one carries its own commitment.
Discounts — one or the other
Twenty percent off when twelve months are paid up front.
Twenty percent off for veterans who commit to a six-month stay and pay the first and last month in advance.
These two cannot be combined. A customer takes whichever of the two suits them, not both.

How it works
Call or send the form and tell us what you need to store. We will tell you what is open. Once the agreement is signed you get the gate code and you can bring it in.
Availability moves with the season, and there are only thirty enclosed units, so it is always worth calling before you count on a space.
