Thirty enclosed units — fifteen on each side of the building — alongside the open lot.
Not everything belongs outside. The pods are lock-up units with roll-up doors, built for the things that need a roof and a door between them and the weather — the contents of a garage mid-move, tools, seasonal gear, furniture waiting on a closing date.
Thirty units, ten by ten
Enclosed unit · 10 × 10 ft
Storage pod
One hundred square feet under a roof, behind a roll-up door you lock yourself.
When they are gone, they are gone
There are thirty of them, fifteen down each side of the building, and when they are taken, they are taken. Availability moves with the season, so it is worth calling before you count on one.
What people keep in them
- Household goods during a move or a build
- Tools, equipment and work stock
- Seasonal and holiday items
- Boat and RV gear that should not sit outdoors
- Furniture between houses
Drive right up
The units open onto the same gravel apron as the parking spaces, so you can back a vehicle or a trailer to the door rather than carrying everything across a lot.
